Still factory sealed but does have some shelf wear and the old price sticker mess on the front. Just a small little snag in the plastic on the back bottom edge, but overall, very clean. The tape is loose inside the plastic clamshell inside, so it might have a little damage to the clamshell from moving around. But, being sealed, I just can't tell.
