Hallmarked 14k inside ring. Size on mandrel just above a size store 6. Sapphire in center and on each side 2 diamonds. All genuine and tested (see photos.) prongs on top of sapphire are a bit rough, that was how they were when I bought it used. Thought my daughter would like it but she never wore it. Weight also in photos. I can combine shipping IF messaged before you purchase. Please see all photos as that is part of the description.
