This is a used and software modified Motorola Moto X4, which is running a customized variant of LineageOS, called "Odd Solutions", which includes OTAs, Google apps are pre-installed, and other small modifications are added to LineageOS. This device's bootloader and recovery systems were accidentally modified to the point where it's difficult to reflash the device to the original stock firmware, or to flash other OS images. Additionally, the specialized bootloader interrupts boot-up and restart processes, but the device can still successfully boot into Android. (To continue booting, use the power button to select "START" to continue booting into Android.)
